BAHAWALPUR, Sept 14: Three people were killed and two others injured in a jeep-trailer collision near Khairpur Tamewali, some 50km from here, on Wednesday. Reports said a speeding trailer collided with a jeep killing a councillor, Shabbir Ahmad, and a newly-born baby on the spot. One Boota succumbed to injuries at the Bahawal Victoria Hospital. — Correspondent
