Sindh's tally crosses 80,000 as 2,179 new infections reported during past 24 hours

Sindh has reported 2,179 coronavirus cases and 26 deaths during the past 24 hours, according to Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, taking the provincial tally to 80,446.

In a statement released by the CM House, Shah said 9,244 tests were conducted over the past 24 hours, out of which 2,179 came back positive.

Another 26 deaths were also reported, taking the toll to 1,269.
