PESHAWAR, Sept 13: The NWFP government has appointed Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate-Haripur, Syed Kamal Hussain Shah to inquire into the drowning of Mohammad Asif in a lake in the Sangga Baitgali area on July 30 after police fired at his motor boat. The terms of reference of the inquiry are: background and causes of the incident, fixing of responsibility for the incident and recommendations. —PPI
