Punjab has reported 2,538 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, according to government's Covid-19 portal.

With the latest update, Punjab's Covid-19 case tally has risen to 64,216.

Moreover, 82 more people died from the virus — Punjab's highest single-day death toll, taking the total fatalities to 1,347.
