KARACHI: Pakistan Association for Mental Health says that a small population seen on roads, at marketplaces and mosques are not wearing masks and not following social distance, hence they should be targeted.
The association said that a small-scale survey it had carried out recently suggested that majority of educated and even uneducated people were following
minimum preventive measures like wearing mask, washing hands and staying at home if not employed, said a press release issued on Monday.
It said the small section of careless population should not be punished but persuaded by volunteers, police and Rangers, who should politely request them to wear mask and queue up at shops.
