Punjab has reported 1,919 fresh cases and 49 deaths, the government's Covid-19 portal said.
The total number of cases in Punjab is now 47,382, while the death toll is 890. About 9,546 people have recovered from the disease.
Nationwide, 125,933 cases have been reported while the number of deaths recorded is 2,463.
