Punjab has recorded 2,003 fresh cases of the novel coronavirus and 34 casualties in the past 24 hours, the government's Covid-19 portal said.

The total number of cases in Punjab is 45,463 while the death toll is 841.

So far, 119,536 cases have been reported nationwide, while the death toll stands at 2,356.
