Islamabad has reported 178 new coronavirus cases, taking its total to 5,963, according to the government's Covid-19 portal.

Gilgit Baltistan has reported 22 cases while Azad Jammu and Kashmir has confirmed 32, taking their tallies to 974 and 444, respectively.

Islamabad has also recorded five more deaths from Covid-19, taking the total fatalities to 57.
