The government's Ehsaas Programme has introduced a supplementary payment solution to facilitate beneficiaries that were facing problems in withdrawing cash via biometric identification, according to Radio Pakistan.

PM's aide Dr Sania Nishtar said that the supplementary solution has done away with biometric verification. "Now, beneficiaries [that were facing issues with biometric verification] will be paid exclusively in the designated bank branches of partner banks."
