Khyber Pakhtunkhwa MPA Mian Jamshed Kakakhel has passed away after contracting the novel coronavirus.

Kakakhel had tested positive for the virus last week. He passed away this morning.

His funeral prayers will be offered later today.

The deceased MPA hailed from Nowshera in KP and was a member of the ruling PTI.
