PTI's Gujranwala member of provincial assembly (MPA) Shaheen Raza has passed away after contracting coronavirus.

Prime Minister Imran Khan conveyed his condolences on Raza's death to her family, Radio Pakistan reported.

President Arif Alvi also posted his condolences on Twitter and prayed for Raza's family:

Raza was shifted to the isolation ward of Mayo Hospital, Lahore earlier this week after she tested positive for coronavirus.
