Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Hammad Azhar says the federal government left the decision of opening big shopping malls to the provinces.

Addressing a press conference alongside the prime minister, he said a majority of the provinces were of the opinion that malls should be allowed to open because they have regulated entry and exit and a more controlled environment.
