PPP Senator Gyanchand says the Sindh government imposed a timely lockdown and provided PPE for doctors in its efforts to fight Covid-19.

He added that when Sindh asked the federal government to fulfil the remaining needs, "they resorted to criticism instead".

He said Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi had accused Sindh of fanning provincialism, but "we gave blood and they smell provincialism; we are asking for our constitutional right — our share of the NFC award."
