231 new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, taking the provincial tally to 5,252, according to the KP health department.

The province also reported eight more deaths — four in Peshawar, two in Nowshera, one Khyber and one Lower Dir. Its death toll from the virus has now risen to 275.
