GDA lawmaker Ghous Bux Khan Mahar has opposed the demand for a strict lockdown, saying that the country could not afford it.

Mahar was given the floor amidst a mayhem caused by MQM-P lawmakers, who wanted to respond to PPP's Raja Pervaiz Ashraf's remarks.
