Govt has systemic issues, says Abbasi
Former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that the government has "systemic issues" and is unable to run the country.
"You talk about NAB. Today no official is willing to sign procurement orders because they are afraid they will be whisked away by NAB," the PML-N leader said.
He criticised the government for not having a clear policy to deal with the health crisis and instead using Twitter and making media appearances. He called for a "unified national strategy" to cope with the challenge.
"You can see a problem is coming. You have fought with every province," he regretted. "Making websites and photos won't work, formulate a strategy."
