United Nations Children’s Fund (Unicef) has called for world’s governments to maintain lifesaving services for minor children that are under increasing threat from strained health services as a result of coronavirus outbreak.

Radio Pakistan quoted Unicef Executive Director Henrietta H. Fore as saying that United Nations estimates that 116 million babies have been born since the onset of Covid-19 pandemic with Pakistan grouped among the countries that have highest numbers of forecast births.
