Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban announced an easing of population movement restrictions outside capital Budapest, which has reported the most cases of coronavirus infections, saying shops will be allowed to reopen without time limits, Reuters reports.

However, the wearing of face masks will be mandatory in shops and on public transport, Orban said in a video posted on his Facebook page.
