The Punjab government has extended a partial lockdown it imposed to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus by 15 days. The restrictions will remain in place until 12am on May 9, according to an order issued by the Punjab health department.

The order bans all kinds of public gatherings, religious congregations and intracity travel. The following timings will apply during Ramazan:
