SAPM Dr Sania Nishtar has said that people who are government employees themselves or have spouses employed by state will not be eligible for the Ehsaas Emergency Cash Programme.

Furthermore, those who own a car or have high telephone bills will also not qualify for assistance.

She explained this in a media briefing.
