Punjab Governor Chaudhry Sarwar said that the reason behind easing the lockdown was to control unemployment and its affects on the people during this time of crisis.
Addressing the media in Lahore, the governor said: "[Easing the lockdown] does not mean we have contained the virus.
"This is an invisible sickness. May is going to be a hard month, people must ensure social distancing and abide by precautionary measures," he warned.
