FAO steps up efforts to revive farmer livelihoods in Sindh amid Covid-19 outbreak

Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO) announced that it has taken actions to help rural farmers affected by Covid-19 outbreak in Sindh.

In a statement released on its website, FAO stated that "in light of the current challenges faced by livestock farmers — both men and women — a livestock farmer field school (LFFS) was set up in Umerkot district of Sindh province bringing together small-scale livestock producers".
