Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that a lockdown will remain in place for schools, colleges, sports events, cinemas or "anywhere else where the public can gather" for another two weeks.

Informing the media about decisions taken in the National Coordination Committee (NCC) meeting, the premier said that the war against coronavirus would be fought on two fronts — one of them being the spread of the virus for which he advised people to follow precautionary measures.
