Punjab has reported 170 new cases of the novel coronavirus, raising the provincial tally to 2,826.

Of these, 977 are members of the Tableeghi Jamaat, 89 are inmates, 701 are being housed at quarantine facilities in Dera Ghazi Khan and Multan, while the remaining are in self-isolation.
