EU seeks proposals to mitigate socio-economic impact of Covid-19 on Pakistani communities

The European Union is seeking proposals from civil society organisations across the country for ways to mitigate the socio-economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic on communities in Pakistan.

According to a statement, the EU is seeking proposals amounting to €6,650,000 for projects by civil society organisations.

Meanwhile, Association for Aid and Relief-Japan, an international non-governmental organisation has started distributing Rs770,000 worth of hygiene products and food items to people especially widows and disabled people in Haripur.
