The total number of coronavirus cases in Punjab has risen to 2,280, according to provincial primary and secondary health department spokesperson Qasier Asif.

Earlier, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar had confirmed that 55 more cases had been reported in the province, taking the tally to 2,279. The health department has confirmed one more case since then.
