Four new cases of the novel coronavirus have emerged in Kurram district, a day after a 70-year-old woman died from the disease, Deputy Commissioner Shah Fahad said. All of the newly detected cases are from her family, he added.

Patients include a 49-year-old man, a 50-year-old woman and two teenaged girls.

Fahad added that the entire area, that comprises 90 homes, has been quarantined.
