The Sindh Health Department has informed the district health officers in Karachi that Covid-19 patients, who are asymptomatic or have mild symptoms, will be moved to the Expo Centre, which has been turned into a field hospital.

Patients with "moderate or severe symptoms", however, would be kept in isolation wards in hospitals.
