KARACHI: Amid sharp declines in the demand for petroleum products, the Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited has decided to put its refinery on “cold circulation”.

The company, in a press release issued on Monday said the consumption of petroleum products has fallen drastically due to lockdowns across the country to deal with the coronavirus pandemic.
