England cricketer Alex Hales has spoken up about news reports that he has tested positive for coronavirus.
Hales, who played for Karachi Kings in PSL 2020 before it was called off, while responding to a TV journalist on Twitter said: "Stop spreading fake news, dangerous behaviour."
