Marriage halls in Lahore shut down following govt's directives

According to a statement issued by Lahore Deputy Commissioner Danish Afzal, all marriage halls in the city have been shut down with immediate effect.

We urge citizens to inform their relatives of this decision, the statement read, adding that no one will be allowed to violate the directives issued by the government.
