The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has advised all companies to modify their usual plans for annual general meetings in view of the coronavirus threat.

The suggested measures include holding meetings through tele/video conferencing, providing hand sanitisers and hand wash facilities during meetings and arranging seats with appropriate distance between them.
