KARACHI, Aug 18: On the occasion of first phase of the local government elections on Thursday, the Edhi Ambulance Service provided free local service throughout the country for transporting patients to hospitals, an EAS statement said. The free service made available till midnight had been provided on the directive of Abdus Sattar Edhi, it added.—APP
