PESHAWAR, Aug 17: The caretaker DCO Lower Dir has imposed a ban, under section 144 CrPc, on the holding of public meetings and carrying of arms in the district.

The order has been issued keeping in view written and verbal complaints of people. Candidates and their supporters have also been directed not to use slogan, flag, platform or resources of any political party.—APP
