LAKKI MARWAT, Aug 11: The district administration and traffic police on Thursday booked 69 vehicles during a campaign launched to ensure implementation of official transport fares and compliance with traffic laws.

Fines of Rs34,100 were received from those found violating laws. Officials removed extra seats and tape recorders from coaches and asked the drivers to follow the official transport fares list.—Correspondent
