SHEIKHUPURA, Aug 10: The dilapidated condition of roads and streets in Nankana Sahib and Sheikhupura districts is causing a great deal of inconvenience to motorists and residents.

In Nankana city area, almost all streets are in a shambles with no streetlights.

The Nankana-Shahkot Road, an important route between the district and the tehsil, is reportedly full of potholes. Bucheki and Syedwala are no exception.

In Sheikhupura, the condition of streets is pathetic. There are no streetlights. The Sheikhupura-Sharaqpur Road and Farooqabad-Sangla Hill Road are unmotorable. Almost all the city localities have faulty sewerage. People have urged the authorities concerned to improve civic facilities in both the districts. — Correspondent
