ISLAMABAD, Aug 9: Acting Chief Election Commissioner Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar announced on Tuesday that there should be nine-hour polling from 8am to 5pm, without any break, on Aug 18, in the first phase of the local body elections and on Aug 25, in the second phase.
