CHITRAL, Jan 14: District Naib-Nazim and convener of district council Saleem Khan has said that NGOs will be included and encouraged in the development process by the present district government.

Speaking at the inaugural function of a water supply scheme completed by the Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) near Garam Chashma here the other day, he said that the AKRSP had completed a valuable and commendable work for the development of the area and alleviation of poverty.
