PESHAWAR, July 26: Inspector General of Police, NWFP, Muhammad

Raffat Pasha, rewarded five police officials with cash and commendation certificates on Tuesday.

These officials received Rs3000 each, for seizing large quantities of arms and ammunition, worth millions of rupees, during a raid.

Those who received the awards were ASI Granullah, head constable Shah Jehan, constables Ghulam Nabi and Mir Abdullah and the driver Zahir Shah.—APP
