NAWABSHAH, July 15: Dozens of member of All Pakistan Clerks’ Association (APCA) brought out a protest rally against the transfers of 11 clerks of the education department here on Friday. The rally started from the H. M. Khoja School and ended at the local press club. The protesters were carrying banners and placards and were raising slogans against transfers.

Speaking on the occasion, Nawabshah APCA president Dawood Unnar said that the election commission had imposed a ban on transfers and postings but 11 clerks of the education department were transferred.

The protesters warned that if the transfer orders were not cancelled, they would continue their protest.
