HYDERABAD, June 29: The director, admissions, University of Sindh, on Tuesday announced the schedule for admission to BHP.Ed and MHP.Ed programmes at the Centre of Health and Physical Education. Candidates may obtain admission forms from the Habib Bank Limited, Jamshoro, and old campus Hyderabad branches, from July 15 to July 31. The forms should be submitted by Aug 2.

The aptitude test, interview and trial for BHP.Ed will be held on Aug 16 and 17 and for MHP.Ed on Aug 18 and 19 at the centre.

The final list of selected candidates will be announced on Aug 25 and candidates will have to deposit admission fee at the HBL, Jamshoro branch, from Aug 26 to Sept 15. Classes will start from Sept 1.

Meanwhile, the registrar of the university extended the date for submitting forms for admission to B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, BSW and B.Sc (Home economics), part-II, at affiliated degree colleges for 2004-2005 session up to July 17.

WATER SHORTAGE: The director of the Left Bank Canal Area Water Board, Badin, has clarified that due to the fall of water level in the River Indus at Kotri upstream, shortage of water in the left bank canal system is being managed through a rotation programme.
