LAHORE, June 27: The additional district and sessions judge on Monday cancelled the interim bail of Sadiqabad tehsil nazim Mian Bashir for contesting elections on a fake matriculation certificate and B.Pharmacy degree. The Muslim Town police arrested the nazim after the cancellation of his bail.

The accused was on interim bail granted by the Lahore AD&SJ in a case registered against him under sections 236, 420 and 468 of PPC.—APP
