Teenage boy found dead in Lakki

LAKKI MARWAT: A teenage boy was found dead in a deserted place near Kakkakhel village on Saturday morning, said police.

They said Naimatullah, 19, a resident of Abakhel, had left home after he received a call on his mobile phone on Friday evening.

The relatives searched for him and on Saturday morning they were informed that the body of Naimatullah was lying near Kakkakhel village.

The police said the relatives reached the place and shifted the body to the government city hospital.

Police added that the body was handed over to relatives after fulfilling medico-legal formalities. A case was registered against unknown killer (s) in Lakki police station.

Separately, Lakki Marwat police apprehended a man during a raid in Begukhel locality of the city. “Police were informed that a group of gamblers was playing bet in a house,” said an official, adding the cops found an armed man when they reached the place and arrested him.

The law enforcers seized an AK-47 rifle, four magazines and 180 bullets from him and registered a case.
