The PTI, in its manifesto, says that it will introduce an “adopt a madressah scheme", where a business enterprise will get "tax benefits etc for adopting a madressah, upgrading it and offering apprenticeships to its graduating students". The scheme, the party states, will be a "component of mainstreaming madressahs".
