HYDERABAD, Jan 10: The Sindhi Language Authority announced here on Thursday that keeping in view the requirements of the modern age and the promotion of Sindhi language, an American expert on Sindhi computing and information technology, Majid Bhurgari, will deliver a seminar on the progress made by Microsoft Company on the computerisation of Sindhi language.

The authority further said that Mr Bhurgari will also suggest ways and means to computerise the Sindhi language with reference to Unicode.

The seminar will also be attended by the experts of Pakistan National Language Authority and others who have been working on the software of other languages of Pakistan.

Experts from Shah Latif, Mehran and Quaid-e-Awam, Isra universities will also participate in the seminar.—Bureau
