KARACHI, June 13: A senior vice-president of the Islamic Investment Bank Limited was arrested on Monday by the National Accountability Bureau, Sindh, in a bank fraud case. Vakil Ahmed Siddiqui, who was wanted in an under-investigation case at the NWFP by the NAB, was hiding in Karachi.
Sources said the banker along with Salim Sugar Mills had caused a loss of Rs14.3 million to the national exchequer.
