Observers from the European Union have arrived at a polling station in Islamabad's NA-53 constituency to monitor the poll proceedings.

"We visited and monitored several polling stations. There is a lot of fervour in Pakistani public. We are very satisfied with the election arrangements. We even checked the ballot papers.
