HYDERABAD, Jan 9: Sindh Local Government and Rural Government Secretary Qamar Zaman assured the administrative officers, senior instructors and other staff of the SLGDRA on Wednesday that they would be offered incentives.

The secretary said that training institutes had a vital role to play as they were imparting training to newly-elected public representatives as government officials.

He vowed to make the institutes effective so that the new system could be understood in its true spirit and district governments could deliver the goods.
