At least eight people were killed and 30, including Nawabzada Siraj Raisani, were injured in a blast in Balochistan's Mastung district on Friday, DawnNewsTV reported.
Levies sources said the blast targeted a convoy led by Raisani, a Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) candidate from PB-35 (Mastung).
Nawabzada Siraj is the younger brother of former Balochistan chief minister Nawab Aslam Raisani.
Last night, two people were injured in a blast near BAP's election office in Khuzdar.
