A few hours ago, the Lahore High Court set aside an appellate tribunal's verdict barring Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Fawad Chaudhry for life from contesting elections from NA-67 (Jhelum).
Chaudhry was previously banned for not providing details of expenditures on foreign trips as well as not furnishing some asset details.
It turns out that tribunal had ignored the Federal Board of Revenue-certified copy of details that Chaudhry had provided.
